The paper that started my downfall

The risk factor on the above form which was the report that did not allow me to hire on with Dyna-Corp and will not allow me to hire on anywhere else for a job working as a contractor or the government or directly working for the government.  The report says I will be dead with in ten years and that was two years ago when I lost my job at Fluor. I have not worked since. The email form I have shows me being hired on later by Dyna-Corp only to fail the Medical again.

Christmas 2012 I lie in a hospital bed at the Canadian specialist Hospital in Dubai after receiving two operations. After drilling holes over head sometimes 6 hours straight with out a break and for a few days in a row with a 40 lb Hilti rotary hammer drill my body broke down. The following morning my scrotum swelled up the size of two large grape fruits. I was sent instead of going on my scheduled R&R which I looked forward to I had been home one time for Christmas or New Years in eight years. I would not make it again.

They surgically removed fluid from the scrotum area after cutting me four times in that area longer then one inch cuts for each incision. I lost one of my testicles, I had two and when they were finished I had one, They said it's their, two years later it's not there.

While they did that operation, I had a hernia operation about 25 years before and they decided to make another cut around four inches long at my pubic hair region to remove fatty tissue that was not suppose to be there. They tested it for cancer and it came back benign. So I went in for one operation, I left with two operations. I never even knew about the second one until I woke up from the surgery. Both operations where they cut me became infected and I took medication in the Philippines and after about three weeks or so I finally got rid of the infections and was ready to return back to work in three weeks. I had a six week medical leave. Six days before my year end contract ended with a 3,250 bonus I was part of the reduction of forces. I did not get the bonus or any compensation for my injuries, They said it was all prior conditions and would not pay me a cent. I had a house that was never completed and sold it for a high lost, the person I was living with received half of the money and I received the other, after the money came she no longer wanted to be with me so we went our separate ways.

At the time of my injury I had already lived in the Philippines for eight years, it was normal for me to return there to recover. One  got hurt and lost my job the person I was living with avoided me like the plague and my life has only fallen since than. The money did not last long because we only received a small amount for a house not even completed, I stayed in Quezon city until the money dried up on cost of living expenses and then I moved to Caloocan where I live now which is rent free. I have to leave now because it looks like I will not receive disability and they want me out.

                                                    

Two years before I lost my job I was having bad back pain and finally I had to see a doctor while on R&R and that is what he found wrong with my back on the above form basically my vertibreas are rubbing together and my back is simply worn out and now I have curvature of the spine as well. I lifted heavy Air Conditioning units all my life and finally they caught up with me.

A grinder accident about a year ago, the house had nothing inside and it was ready to sell so I had to put shelves up. I had the 4" grinder i used for the tile in the bathroom and cutting the cement to install soap dish's for the tile. I begged to buy a circular saw but th budget was not there and no saw horses either, I cut the wood on the ground. The grinder turns at about 10,000 rpm's and does a excellent job for cutting cement or tile, but it's not designed for wood. I bought a 4 inch wood blade and while cutting a piece of 2 x 4 the grinder got caught on my pant's and took off with a mind of it's own and did not stop until it tore me up. The cuts went to the bone. I had not money for x-rays. It's nasty scar's but it has healed pretty good.

I pop one blister with a needle on the bottom of my foot and another comes, It's like that now since I had the two operations.

My feet are swollen and both feet my toes are numb with very little feeling. I have no idea what is wrong, maybe Diabetics? gout?
